Refunds

We love our customers and satisfaction is important to us. You happy makes us happy!!

Due to current COVID-19 conditions and hygiene purposes we currently DO NOT  offer any exchanges or refunds for any circumstances. 

Returns 

  • Any Items that have been washed, worn or unsterilized in any way are not eligible for a return or refund.

  • Returns should be requested within 7 days of shipment. please note that the customer will be liable for the return shipping cost.

  • If faulty please provide a picture of the fault with your return request 

Refunds

  • We do not cancel or refund orders once they have been placed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Just sensational will not issue refunds for orders shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer. Just sensational will not refund items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, however they can be resent out if they are returned to sender (However the buyer pays postage fee ).
